How your year in the Hub works
Your membership begins as soon as you join. You will receive a welcome email explaining how to access the Hub and where to begin, so you will not be left staring at a library of resources wondering which button to press first.
Begin with where you are now
Your first step will be to reflect on your current practice, what you would like to achieve and where you feel you need the most support.
This will help you identify your priorities and use the Hub in a way that is relevant to you. You will not be expected to tackle everything at once.
Learn and develop each month
Throughout your membership, you will be invited to take part in:

A monthly advanced therapy session to build your knowledge and practical confidence
A new CPD module every two months

Each month provides a new opportunity to learn, reflect and take action, while allowing you to work at a pace that fits around your practice and other commitments.
Join us live, or catch up later
Live sessions give you the opportunity to learn with us, ask questions and benefit from the experiences of other therapists.
If you cannot attend live, recordings will be added to the Hub for you to watch in your own time. You can revisit them whenever you need a reminder or discover that the notes you were definitely going to write have mysteriously failed to appear.
Access your learning in one place
Your courses, session recordings and supporting resources will be available through the online Hub. You can log in and continue your learning at a time that suits you.
You do not need to complete everything in a particular order unless we recommend it. We will help you understand what to focus on first and what can wait.
Help is available when you become stuck
The PPP Growth Hub is not designed to leave you alone with a collection of videos and a hopeful instruction to “get on with it”.
When you have a question, feel unsure about your next step or need help putting something into practice, you will be able to ask for guidance through the Hub community and your mentoring support.
Sometimes you will need more information. Sometimes you will simply need someone to help you untangle your thoughts. Both are part of the learning process.
